I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincerest gratitude to the following individuals, who throughout this project have offered their guidance, expertise and support in the realization of Wassechgan 2000.

First and foremost, I would like to thank my family members for agreeing to participate in the project and for offering their time and personal belongings, photographs and memories.  Their unwavering patience, dedication and contribution is most appreciated.

I would like to extend a special thank you to Ottawa metal sculptor Dan Evenson who worked with me on the project and made my conceptual idea for the installation a reality.  His expertise in design, sheet metal work and logistics is truly monumental.  Wassechgan would not have been realized without his unwavering support and aesthetic sensibility.

Thanks to curator Jeffrey M. Thomas, the staff of Canadian Museum of Civilization, and Origin Design.  I would also like to acknowledge the generous support of the Canada Council for the Arts,  the Ontario Arts Council and the Regional Municipality of Ottawa-Carleton.

I dedicate Wassechgan in memory of my late grandmother Mary Ace.
